BCA Process

At BCA, transparency and clear communication are essential. You will always know exactly where you stand. The process unfolds as follows:

1. Free Intake Meeting

A 30-minute introduction in which we discuss your wishes and situation.

2. Signing the Agreements

After the intake, you receive the contract and a separate data authorisation form. Once signed, your file will be opened.

3. Supplying Documentation

You receive a detailed list of all documents required by the bank.

4. Preparing and Submitting the Application

Once everything has been received, the documents are prepared and submitted to the bank offering the most favourable conditions.

5. Additional Questions from the Bank

If the bank requires further information or documents, BCA will contact you directly.

6. Signing the Mortgage

After approval, you will be invited to sign the mortgage.
There must be at least 10 days between signing the mortgage offer and signing the purchase contract. It is regulated by law. If travelling to Spain regularly is challenging, you can issue a power of attorney so that a trusted representative can sign for you.

7. Official Signing Day

The mortgage deed is often signed on the same day as the purchase contract.
