BCA works with three clear stages:

Intake - Free
- Introduction

- Assessment of your wishes & property

- Basic calculation

- Opportunity to ask questions

- Explanation of the contract

Start-up Fee 
Our startup fee is €550 excl. VAT:

- Opening your file

- Requesting and preparing documents

- Contacting banks

- Submitting documentation

- Communication between bank and client

- Discussing interest rates and conditions

Success Fee

For mortgages up to €500,000, our rate is between 0,7% - 1% of the mortgage amount, with a minimum fee of €1,500 excl. VAT. For mortgages exceeding €500,000, we offer tailor-made pricing.

This fee includes:

- Signing of the pre-contract (FEIN)

- Signing at the notary
