BCA works with three clear stages:

Intake
- Introduction to BCA

- Assessment of your wishes

- Calculation made by a bank based on your situation

- Opportunity to ask questions

- Explanation on how Spanish banks work

- Advice based on your situation

- Explanation of the contract

The intake costs €49 ex VAT what will be deducted from the startup fee when we make the official application

Start-up Fee 
Our startup fee is €550 excl. VAT minus the €49 from the intake

- Opening your file

- Requesting and preparing documents

- Contacting banks

- Submitting documentation

- Communication between bank and client

- Discussing interest rates and conditions

Success Fee

Our rate for mortgages is between 0,3% - 1% of the mortgage amount, with a minimum fee of €1,500 excl. VAT. We offer tailor-made pricing, regarding the amount of work.

This fee includes:

- Signing of the pre-contract (FEIN)

- Signing at the notary
